That the existing garage and access passageway shall not be demolished before a contract for the carrying out of the works of redevelopment, in connection with the implementation of the extension approved under planning permission P96/S0355 dated 16 September 1996, has been made, or any subsequent planning permission relating to the redevelopment of this site thereafter obtained. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
