policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan in that there are
overriding amenity, environmental and highway objections.
That the proposal, if permitted, would generate additional vehicle
movements along Upper Bolney Road which, by way of its narrow width
and substandard junction visibility at Woodlands Road, is considered
unsuitable for such use.
