Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the building shall be as specified in the schedule of external finishes accompanying the consultation. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no soakaways shall be constructed such that they penetrate the water table, and shall not in any event exceed 2 metres in depth below the existing ground level. Reason: To prevent pollution of groundwater.
