That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, prior to the first use or occupation of the premises for Class B1 purposes, space shall be laid out within the site for 11 cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear. Such parking and turning spaces shall thereafter be kept permanently available for the use of employees and visitors to the site. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That no goods, plant or machinery (including motor vehicles) shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open except as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities.
