That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the first use of the attached garage/store hereby approved, the external walls shall be cement rendered to match the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage doors and the door in the north (front) elevation shall be constructed with dark stained timber boarding and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage/store shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
