Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the building shall not be occupied until the external walls have been colour washed to match the existing dwellinghouse and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof of the building shall be covered with plain clay tiles a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for the garaging of vehicles and as an agricultural store, and the building shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme which shall include the erection of protective fencing and to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important. That the garage and agricultural store doors shall be constructed with stained timber boarding and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
