That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, a detailed specification of the type and design of the windows, glazed screens and external doors, which shall all be constructed from timber, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All windows, glazed screens and external doors shall be dark stained to match the existing building and installed in accordance with an approved scheme, and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the barn doors on the north elevation shall be retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the area in general.
