is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the natural slates to be used for the roof shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the roof light details shown on drawing no
957.3C revised details of roof light(s) shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the
commencement of any development.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing
building and the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
