Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That the tiles to be used for the cheeks, faces and roofs of the
dormer windows hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and
texture as those used on the roof of the existing dwelling.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
