is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the plain clay tiles to be used for the roof alterations, screens and
tile hanging shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used
on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory
and to safeguard the character and appearance of the
Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
That the roof alterations, screens and tile hanging shall be provided in
accordance with drawing no. 1457-104.B prior to the first use of the air
handling plant hereby permitted.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames
Conservation Area.
