That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992. That the three signs shall be constructed of wood and finished in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the signs. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
