That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the plain clay tiles shall be used for the roof and shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the external walls of the building shall be clad with black-painted horizontal straight edged timber weatherboarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as one residential unit and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and as the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property.
