That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the slates to be used for the external walls of the dormer window shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the roof of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the ensuite bathroom window in the rear (south-western) elevation of the dormer window hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the attic bedroom and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
