would result in an unneighbourly form of development by virtue of
noise, disturbance and reduction of privacy as a result of the use of
a pedestrian access to the site by users of the car park and, as such,
would be contrary to policy G7 of the Council's approved South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the development would result in an undesirable extension of
a vehicle parking area onto open land associated with a residential
development, detrimental to the character and appearance of the
Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area, and contrary to policies CON10
and CON15 of the Council's approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
