Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed by the Local Planning
Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the boundary with Barton House
and between the extension and the western boundary be preserved and
properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees, shurbs or
hedges dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new tree, shrub or
hedge of equivalent number of trees, shrubs or hedges, as the case may be,
of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted
and properly maintained by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard trees, shrubs and hedges which are visually important
and to ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
