Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension shall not be occupied until the two vehicle parking spaces have been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on drawing no. HP479 Issue B; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That, within six months of the demolition of the garage serving 15 Springfield Close, the exposed wall and roof of the garage serving 14 Springfield Close shall be made good as specified on drawing no. HP479 Issue B Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
