Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be use for the external walls and roofs of the
extension and the garage hereby permitted shall be of the same colour,
type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south
elevation of the extension.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the en-suite first floor bathroom window in the west elevation hereby
permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the
premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained
timber boarding which shall thereafter be retained unless otherwise agreed
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be
adapted for living purposes unless planning permission has first been
granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That prior to the first use of the garage building hereby approved the
parking and turning provision as shown on the submitted drawing 1959/03
shall be constructed, surfaced, laid out and thereafter retained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
