That, having regard to their size and siting and to the flat-roofed
element of the side extension, the proposed extensions would represent
an inappropriate and intrusive form of development which would detract
from the character and appearance of the street scene. As such, the
proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's
approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy H12.
