Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the tiles to be used for the garage roof, including the front elevation shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the barn shall be clad in horizontal shiplap timber, as shown on Drawing P.A.1(b) Rev 1 accompanying the application, which shall be stained dark brown prior to the first use of the building and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the windows and doors of the garage shall be constructed of timber and stained dark brown prior to the first use of the garage and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
