That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That except for the brick/flint plinth, the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the bricks to be used for the brick/flint plinth shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to first occupation of the extensions, space shall be laid out within the site for four cars to be parked and such space shall be permanently available for the parking of vehicles thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the extension hereby permitted shall remain as ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling as one residential unit and shall not be occupied separately. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
