Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That the existing vehicular access shall not be used and shall be closed by the planting of a hedge of a species to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The hedge, as approved, shall be planted within 1 month of the commencement of the development hereby permitted or such other period to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Such hedge shall be so tended as to grow to and remain at a height of not less than 1 metre, and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within 3 years of the completion of the development shall be replaced with the same species and the replacement shall thereafter be maintained. Reason: To protect local amenities.
