Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 29th May 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the bulk, height and size of the forward and side projections, the two-storey extension would result in an incongruous and cramped form of development and an overdevelopment of the site. It would detract from the duality of design of the pair of semi-detached houses and would be detrimental to the spacious character and amenity of this part of Woodlands Road. The development would, therefore, be contrary to the provisions of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, in particular Policy H12.
