That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the office use shall be restricted to the area shown on the approved
floor plan and shall be used only for office purposes in connection with
the residential use of the site, as specified in the application and the
applicant's letters dated 11 March and 1 April 1996 and for no other
purpose (including any other purpose in Classes B1 and B8 of the Schedule
to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any
provision equivalent to those Classes in any statutory instrument revoking
or re-enacting that Order) unless otherwise approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities and in the interest of highway safety
and convenience.
That the office accommodation shall not be occupied or used until 4 car
parking spaces, each measuring 2.5m x 5m, have been provided within the
site in accordance with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and such spaces
shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
