classroom unit shall cease on 9 November 2002 or when the unit is no
longer occupied by the British Red Cross Society for the purposes
specified in the application, whichever is the earlier, and the land
restored to its former condition.
 
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

application, whichever is the earlier.

That the unit shall be used only for the purposes specified in the
application, as clarified by applicant's letter dated 12 March 1996,
and for no other purpose whatsoever.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the locality
        which lies in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,
        in that the stationing of a temporary prefabricated unit for
        a non-educational user/occupier on this educational site would
        not be viewed favourably by the Council.
That the 9 parking spaces shown on drawing CE/1/02 accompanying
application P91/S0028 shall be retained for use in connection with the
occupation and use of the unit hereby approved.
 
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
        standards and to protect local amenities.
