years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the roof, walls and doors of the building shall be of a dark colour
which shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to
any development commencing.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and
        to safeguard the setting of the Stonor Conservation Area.
That, prior to the commencement of the development a plan showing the
existing ground levels of the site and the proposed slab levels of the
building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority.
