Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the roof, walls and doors of the building shall be of a dark colour which shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any development commencing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the setting of the Stonor Conservation Area. That, prior to the commencement of the development a plan showing the existing ground levels of the site and the proposed slab levels of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the setting of Stonor Conservation Area.
