That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the bricks to be used for the external walls of the garage and garden store hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof tiles on the existing garage shall be removed and reused to cover the roof of the garage and store building hereby permitted and all additional roof tiles shall be of the same colour, type and texture as the re-used tiles. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for garaging and storage for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 21 St Marks Road, Henley-on-Thames and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, prior to the first use of the garage/store building hereby permitted, vertical timber boarded side hung doors on the north-east (side) elevation shall be stained dark brown to match the existing and retained garage doors and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
