Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the pre-cast concrete kerbing shall only be installed in the position shown coloured blue on the attached drawing No. P96/S0063/K and in accordance with details of such kerbing which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Only the kerbing approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority shall be used. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
