That the erection of this dwelling in an isolated and rural location within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty was only permitted in order to serve the needs of agriculture. The proposal to remove condition 2 of planning permission H291/63 is not accompanied by any evidence to demonstrate that the dwelling is no longer required to serve the needs of the holding or that there is no general demand for an agricultural dwelling in the locality. As such, the proposal is contrary to the provisions of the Council's Rural Areas Local Plan, particularly policy C5, and South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy H15.
