That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the first floor bathroom and landing windows in the north western elevation shall be glazed with obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That a 1.8m high timber boundary fence shall be constructed along the whole of that part of the south eastern boundary of the land which is shown coloured green on plan reference P96/S0048 attached hereto prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding any details accompanying the application, the bedroom window to be inserted into the south eastern elevation of the house shall be top opening only and glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
