That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the bricks and tiles to be used for the external plinth and roof and the bricks for the boundary wall shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the timber weatherboarding to be used for cladding the external walls of the garage shall be stained black prior to the first use of the garage and shall thereafter be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical timber boarding and shall be stained black to match the external walls of the garage; and the garage doors shall thereafter be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all tree planting comprised in the approved details accompanying the application shall be carried out in the first planting season following the first use of the garage or the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner; and any trees which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
