is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the roof of the covered way shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the

That all windows and doors on the stable building shall be constructed
with timber frames and glazing bars which on the northern elevation
shall be dark stained to match the existing building and on the
southern elevation shall be painted white or dark stained to match
the existing building.
