Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That no works shall commence until a detailed specification of all ventilation openings have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The ventilation openings shall be provided in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area.
