That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That works shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the windows and external door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the windows and door shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the making good of the wall shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
