Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the total space occupied for office purposes shall at no time exceed 65% of the total floor area measured externally, unless prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority is obtained. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
