spaces shown on the plan accompanying agent's letter dated 30 January 1998
shall be laid out in accordance with that scheme and shall thereafter be
retained solely for the purposes of vehicle parking.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the total space occupied for office purposes shall at no time
exceed 65% of the total floor area measured externally, unless prior
written consent of the Local Planning Authority is obtained.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
