Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the Green Belt.
That the lights shall be fitted with symmetric reflectors to be
installed at 70 degrees or less, as indicated in the agent's letter dated
16 January 1997.
 
Reason: To minimise any light spillage and to protect the visual amenities
        of the Green Belt.
That the lights shall not be used after 21.30 hours and shall be removed
when the rugby clubs cease to use this area for training.
 
Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the Green Belt.
