Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such
steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the
safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to
provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That the external walls of the extension shall be constructed using a
lime based render, of a colour to be first agreed in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any
works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the existing doors to the larder and bedroom 4, and the cupboard in
the existing breakfast room, shall be re-used in accordance with a scheme
to be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of
the works.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
