Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the
description, plans and specifications contained in the application,
subject to the amendments referred to above, and subject to the conditions
hereby imposed.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That upon the cessation of the occupation of the premises by Spirit
International Ltd, the works hereby approved shall be demounted and
the materials tehrefrom removed from the site.
 
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
        circumstances.
