That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the proposed timber framing in place of the existing external door, and of any ventilation to serve the first floor bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That a sample of the brick to be used for the external alteration shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
