That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the external walls and roof of the building be constructed and
finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which
shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule
of materials and finishes for the conservatory.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
No works shall commence on the building until the applicant has been
responsible for organising a watching brief to be maintained during
the course of the works affecting the historic fabric. The watching
brief shall be carried out in accordance with a written specification
and by a professional archaeologist or archaeological organisation with
acknowledged experience in the recording of standing buildings, the
nominee to be acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the identification and recording of features
of historic and/or archaeological interest associated with the
fabric of the building.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such
steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the
safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to
provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
