Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
circumstances.
That at the expiration of 1 year from the date of this permission,
the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a
fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities
of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period,
and that any future application can be decided on this assessment.
That the use hereby permitted shall take place between 8.30am and
7.30pm Monday to Saturdays and between 9.00am and 7.00pm on Sundays
only.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
