That if within 10 years of the date hereof, the use of any of the buildings or hardstanding for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further three years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the buildings shall be demolished, the hardstanding taken up, the materials from both shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
