granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal,
the buildings shall be demolished, the hardstanding taken up, the
materials from both shall be removed from the land and the land
restored to its former condition before development took place,
or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing
by the Local Planning Authority.
