That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That lime mortar infill shall be used in the construction of the new
wall and for both expansion joints.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That samples of the materials to be used for the new wall shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority
prior to the commencement of any works hereby approved.
