Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That large scale elevation drawings preferably at a scale of 1:5 or 1:10
showing details of the timber cornices to the ground floor windows and
the door, doorcase, fanlight and cornice shall be submitted to the Local
Planning Authority and approved in writing before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
