Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, details of
the ventilation to the bathrooms shall be submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a detailed
specification of the type, design and external finish of the rooflights
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
No works shall commence on the building until the applicant has been
responsible for organising a watching brief to be maintained during the
course of the works affecting the historic fabric. The watching brief
shall be carried out in accordance with a written specification and by
a professional archaeologist or archaeological organisation with
acknowledged experience in the recording of standing buildings, the
nominee to be acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the identification and recording of features of
historic and/or archaeological interest associated with the fabric
of the building.
