Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner
as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the
existing walls.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the materials to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour,
type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting
that Order) the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall
not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning
permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To protect the rural amenity of the area.
