Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials resulting from the demolition of the existing
buildings shall be removed from the site within three months of the
commencement of the works of demolition.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Thame
        Conservation Area.
