Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the thatching material be combed wheat reed or long straw with a plain flush ridge laid in accordance with a specification to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Stanton St John Conservation Area.
