Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application, subject to the amendments referred to above, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.
