That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the two rooflights on the northern elevation of the building shall be of the 'conservation' type and retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities.
