Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the phased parking provision referred to in condition xii of the outline permission P94/N0444/O shall be as shown on the deposited drawing AF5481/IP/3 all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. The method and extent of this investigation shall be agreed with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of the work. Details of appropriate measures to prevent pollution of groundwater and surface water, including provision for monitoring, shall then be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences and the development shall then proceed in strict accordance with the measures approved. Reason: To prevent pollution of the water environment.
